The FedEx Cup Playoffs are underway, as the PGA Tour makes it’s first of four stops in this season-ending series at the Northern Trust. First-round action has commenced at Glen Oaks Club in Old Westbury, N.Y.

UPDATE NO. 5 (8:20 p.m. ET): Russell Henley is the solo leader after Day 1. Here’s your full recap.
UPDATE NO. 4 (6:26 p.m. ET): A great finish for DJ, who closes with birdie for 5-under 65.
That puts him solo second and one back.
UPDATE NO. 3 (4:31 p.m. ET): Martin Flores is 4 under through 10 and tied for second. What a story he is…
As for the big names, Spieth and Day both shot 1-under 69. Rory McIlroy posts a disappointing 3-over 73. Remember, Henley leads at 6 under.
UPDATE NO. 2 (2:30 p.m. ET): Russell Henley birdies two of his last three holes to shoot 6-under 64. That moves him two shots ahead, as he takes the early clubhouse lead. Spieth shoots 69 and is T-19. Same goes for Jason Day.
Justin Thomas (2-under 68) is tied for eighth.
UPDATE NO. 1 (11:58 a.m. ET): The playoffs are underway. Justin Thomas is still as entertaining as ever. He’s even par through 14 in his round, as is Jordan Spieth.
Scott Brown (4-under 66), is tied for the lead with Russell Henley (through 13).
