In its third version, The Match: Champions for Change is contributing toward and highlighting diversity, equality and inclusion at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), while also providing meals through Feeding America this holiday season.

When Peyton Manning tees it up at Stone Canyon in Oro Valley, Arizona on Friday, Nov. 27 (3 p.m. ET on TNT), he’ll be doing so for three different HBCUs: Lane College (Jackson, Tennessee), Southern University (New Orleans) and Grambling State (Grambling, Louisiana).

Manning wants to start scholarships and said he’s “honored” to partner with his three schools with the goal of taking a burden off deserving students’ shoulders. His teammate for the event, Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry, helped bring Division I golf to Howard and thinks the program can be a “North Star” for young student-athletes.

The two-time MVP also had some trash talk for Charles Barkley.
